We were created in the image of God, and part of God’s nature is to give. He gives us His love and grace. He gives us good gifts of health, bounty, purpose, and opportunity. Of course, He gave His one and only Son, Jesus Christ, to save us from our sins.
And we His created are to follow our heavenly Father’s example to give of our “time, talents, gifts, service, and witness.” We give in a variety of ways and according to our spiritual gifts.
Through our financial gifts, children receive Bibles, youth mature in the faith, adults become disciples, while we all serve our community and the world in outreach and missions.
